This design utilizes a servo motor and a reducer as the driving mechanism. Two chucks at the front and rear clamp the tooling, with a synchronous pulley mounted on the tooling. The synchronous belt is used to conduct torsion angle tests, while the rear connects the chuck with a static torque sensor for torque measurement. This device can collect and convert data through the controller, eventually plotting the torsion test curve and the relationship between the rotation angle and torque. It can test the torsional performance of steel rods, round steel, screws, bolts, and similar items.
