Injection molded products are unloaded by an injection molding robot and moved to an inspection grasping robot. The robot grasps and rotates the product to check for material shortages, flashes, etc. After completion, they are loaded into material boxes for stacking. The material boxes are moved and replaced by AGV carts.
Equipment operation process:
1. Product feeding and positioning;
2. Robot clamps the product and CCD captures images;
3. OK products are moved to the stacking area for placement;
4. NG products are moved to the NG material box for unloading;
5. Robot adsorbs empty material tray and transfers it to the stacking area;
6. AGV supplies empty material trays;
7. Full material trays are unloaded to the AGV cart;
8. The above actions are repeated in a cycle.
