The multifunctional solar cell laser scribing machine uses machine vision and servo control of the laser to recut damaged silicon wafers into usable silicon wafers, enhancing the utilization rate of damaged silicon wafers. It includes a frame, a loading and unloading device, a middle working platform device, a laser cutting device, a detection device, and an industrial control computer. There are two loading and unloading devices, each located at the ends of the middle plate of the frame. The loading and unloading device includes a loading and unloading platform, a loading device, a rotating arm device, and an unloading device. The middle working platform device includes a middle working platform, a vacuum fixture fixing plate device, and a single-axis robot. The vacuum fixture fixing plate device is driven by the single-axis robot to move back and forth between the two loading and unloading devices. The loading and unloading device transfers the solar cells from the loading device to the vacuum fixture fixing plate device for loading using a suction cup. After loading, the solar cells are detected by the detection device. Based on the industrial control computer’s path planning, it controls the laser cutting device to complete the cutting. Finally, the cut solar cells are transferred to the unloading device by the rotating arm device. It is simple in structure, stable, reliable, and efficient.
