The equipment uses PLC + touch screen control, and employs a rotary disk to perform automatic processing of Y capacitor coil gluing, feeding, gluing, coil fitting, pressing, and material collection across five stations. The equipment is divided into two parts: the front part achieves automatic processing of the product, with a cam divider driving jigs on the turntable to rotate to the four stations of feeding, gluing, coil fitting, and pressing, thus saving production time. The rear part achieves material collection, with two servo motors driving two mechanical arms to complete automatic material fetching, automatic fixture retrieval, and automatic recycling of product fixtures, reducing production costs and improving production efficiency.
