Equipment Operation Process Overview:
1. The robotic arm automatically grabs the material and places it inside the fixed fixture for side clamping and positioning.
2. The fixture’s side clamps use vacuum adsorption to fix the product.
3. The CCD vision module moves along the Z-axis to photograph and inspect the surface pattern and assembly qualification.
4. The XY movable module carries a laser line scanning platform to inspect the product’s flatness and step dimensions.
