Argon arc welding
Argon arc welding is a type of gas shielded welding using argon. It is based on the principle of ordinary arc welding, utilizing argon to protect the metal welding material. Through high current, the welding material melts into a liquid state on the welded base material to form a molten pool, allowing metallurgical bonding between the welded metal and the welding material. By continuously supplying argon during high-temperature molten welding, the welding material does not come into contact with oxygen in the air, preventing oxidation of the welding material. Thus, it can weld stainless steel and iron-type metals. This equipment uses a motor to automatically rotate and achieve uniform welding, greatly saving labor costs while ensuring uniform welding.
