The small carton folding machine is designed to automate the folding of the edges of airplane boxes through a mechanism. In this model, the cardboard storage mechanism includes two stepper motors oriented in the length and width directions, capable of holding cardboards of various specifications. In the paper pressing platform, the positioning mechanism below the platform is adjusted for length using a step screw mechanism and for width using a cylindrical cam structure, making it compatible with the positioning of different cardboards. Above the paper pressing platform, there is a cylinder punching mechanism and side carton ear folding mechanisms. Through the punching mechanism, the cardboard edges are folded into a frame, and the side ear folding mechanisms lock the cardboard ears, completing the automatic folding from cardboard to carton. Finally, the finished product is picked up using a suction cup. The drawings are in Solidworks format, compatible with the automatic folding and packaging of up to five types of cardboard, intended for study and reference only.
