The fuse box automatic detection machine includes 3D models, standard parts cutting list BOM, fuse box production line photos and videos, fuse box detection distance schematics, machine design instructions, and detection distance schematics, etc.
System composition overview: This system consists of the following six parts
1. Manual feeding system: Workers can conveniently place the fuse box on the conveyor belt, allowing the fuse box to orderly enter the detection system, achieving the feeding function.
2. Conveying motion system: Composed of a motor, conveyor belt, controller, and related components, it ensures the stable conveyance of the fuse box according to the requirements of the detection system.
3. Visual inspection system: Consists of two cameras and corresponding light sources, with specific inspection items shown in “Attachment One”.
4. Software analysis and control system: After capturing images with the cameras, the host software analyzes them to determine the attributes of the fuse boxes: qualified and unqualified products.
5. Discharge sorting system: Once the software determines the attributes of the fuse boxes, the discharge sorting system, based on PLC electrical control instructions, classifies the fuse boxes into good and bad products according to the software instructions.
6. PLC electrical control system: Completes the control actions of the entire equipment set by combining PLC with electrical control components.
